Beautiful Earth

We were driving down the road yesterday and Avery asks me "Mom can we go pick up all the trash and litter so we can make God happy and the earth beautiful?" I love that she actually listens when I explain why we can or cannot do something. Like when I explain why we have to clean up after ourselves when we go to the park. She makes me so proud.

Blog attempt #2!!

Let's try this again. I am going to dedicate my lunch break, at least one day a week, to working on my blog. Maybe I will make some progress. Keep your fingers crossed.

Pinky Promise

Lately any time Addy says something, it is always followed by pinky promise

Me: Addy, are you causing trouble?

Addy: No, I not causing trouble, I causing nice, and Santa not going to kick our butts! Pinky Promise!

Stinky Dad

Avery: Dad I smell something, I think it's your dirty shirt.
Shaun: No, it's clean, I just washed it. It's just stained.
Avery: Oh, you should buy some Oxyclean cause I saw on tv that it takes stains out!

Who knew the kid even knew what Oxy clean is? She cracks me up!
